Knott View is a character property set in a rural location. Just a mile and a half away, past a ruined Roman bath house, is the village of Ravenglass, a Roman port and favoured destination of smugglers. An isolated beach cove at the end of Knott View’s drive is the perfect place for a picnic and there are miles of country walks to be enjoyed direct from the door.
The Cottage:
Ground Floor: large lounge, small lounge, dining room, kitchen. First Floor: shower room with toilet and basin, 2 twin (can be double) bedrooms. Second Floor: separate toilet, 4 bedrooms; 2 twin, 2 doubles all with en-suite shower rooms.
Gas central heating, all fuel and power, bed linen and towels included in rent. Colour TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, enclosed garden, ample off road parking.
No smoking.

We had a lovely stay in Knott View cottage in August. The location is perfect and thankfully the weather was nice enough to sit in the garden in the mornings. We even had some sheep visitors! Everything was very clean and I am sure we will be back in the future.

The house was really spacious, 12 of us stayed here and it didn’t feel crowded at all. The garden was fantastic - especially the wildlife!
